It means literally that. You computer cannot communicate with the server/computer in question and the reasons are varied and hard to guess without troubleshooting. Thanks to the author Mitch, I will try his sugesstions and report back if they resolve this issue. The only point I would like to add is this. Tonight I used my wifes laptop (very rarely gets used) and guess what same issues arose, server not found ad.doubleclick.net etc. never used to be an issue .
