Dec 11, 2018 · When wifi drops, does hardwired device still have internet connection? My thought is crowded wifi environment, gateway keeps changing channels resulting in a drop to wireless devices. If hardwired device(s) also drop suggests signal issue to gateway. Do you have Uverse IPTV service? If yes, are the receivers losing service as well? Edit
